When Remembering is the Hardest Thing

A poem about how memories can hurt, how songs, events, places, smells, food, and even words can remind you of the past.

Remembering is the hardest thing,

See you everywhere I look, every song you showed me, every look you gave me.

Your voice, it gives me chills, makes me panic, but I feel at home.
